What a special day for Athens yesterday as Christopher O’Riley alighted in our fair town with his merry band of music-makers for his acclaimed NPR classical kids show From the Top. James Galway, The Man With The Golden Flute, came along as well as four super-talented youngsters and a very special afternoon of music ensued in the sold out performing arts center at Hogdson Hall at UGA.
